It takes three days to build a system that can project messages on the Lunar surface, and the system is Immediately put to the test. There a limit to how much you can write on the Moon and still have it be visible for the average super hero, however, and further limits to how much panic the Council is willing to cause, so the message would turn out to be one of the greatest understatements in the planet's history.
